We do have some dealers that stock some of our products. To find the closest one to you click here. Alternatively, all our products can be viewed at 1/143 Keys rd Moorabbin, 3189 or purchased from our online store. We have a return/swap policy so you don’t end up with something you don’t want. We also have sizing charts and videos so you can get the size that fits you. You can also email our team who would happily advise you on choosing a product that is right for you.

The online store is built only to show items that are in stock. We are regularly getting new stock in and updating the quantities. Please fill in our Contact Form to get more information on when your size will arrive.

Yes, it can. Please see our Refund/Return page for information regarding returns and exchanges. Once items have been used they are unable to be returned for other sizes. Make sure they are tried for size once they are first received.

Yes. All gloves, jackets and vests have a 12 month warranty on the heating system, and a 6 month warranty on all batteries.

Shipping to Australia is free for orders over $100. For anything less, a flat fee of $10 dollars will be applied. For international shipping rates please see checkout.

Normally we don't provide support during Sundays, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
